SquintScope® Standard

SquintScope® is an oblique periscope which displays a cartoon inside to control eye fixation. When used in the eye clinic, SquintScope® facilitates a more successful eye examination in children. Children with inward-squint (esotropia) may be difficult to examine, and the built-in prism in SquintScope® Standard straightens the other eye, which makes examination of this eye possible for the examiner.

SquintScope® OCT

SquintScope® is an oblique periscope which displays a cartoon inside to control eye fixation. When used in the eye clinic, SquintScope® facilitates a more successful eye examination in children. SquintScope® OCT does not have a built-in prism enabling examination and photography of children without squint. The SquintScope® Standard can also be used for examination of these children, but when imaging such as OCT is necessary and the eye must point towards the camera, then the OCT version is required.

SquintScope® Charger and Holder

When purchasing the SquintScope® Standard kit or the SquintScope® OCT kit a charger and a holder is included. By purchasing an additional SquintScope® Charger and Holder you can utilize the same SquintScope® in another room.

SquintScope® Flexible Arm Stand

When using the SquintScope® especially the SquintScope® OCT in relation with a number of devices it may be beneficial to have the SquintScope® fixed. The SquintScope® Flexible Arm Stand facilitates this. It has a mount that can be used for both tables and round objects. Besides the flexible gooseneck arm there is a ball head enabling to position the SquintScope® in any position desired. The SquintScope® Flexible Arm Stand comes with a quick release enabling to quickly mount or dismount the SquintScope® allowing the device to be moved to another stand or to be used handheld.
